Delete your Instagram account
When you delete your account, your profile, photos, videos, comments, likes, and followers will be completely deleted. If you just want to relax, you can temporarily cancel your account.
When your account expires, you can re-register with the same username or add that username to another account if Instagram gets a new person.
Note that if your account was deleted for violating our Community Guidelines, you may not be able to -register with the same username.
To request the permanent deletion of your Instagram account:
